Small Update

Just realised I haven’t written in here for a while so here is a quick update to my life.

I am finally a permanent programmer at EA and now that OOTP is going so well, we are back to normal hours. (Yes, now I actually have free time ).

During my week off, I got back into playing games on my DS, enough to convince myself that I should upgrade to getting a DS Lite :p. I also managed to sell off my old DS ‘phat’ to a friend at work which is great. So far, I have been addicted to Brain Training and Sudoku puzzles which is strange to be honest.

However, since I got my DS Lite, I have been looking at getting into the homebrew and development scene since it is an unique hardware platfrom. Dev-scene is the best page I have come across to find this information. I am planning to get a R4 over the next month (after payday ).

Finally, I have been really itching to play a game of Texas Hold ‘em, enough to perhaps try on Xbox Live!. Hopefully the online players will take the games at least half seriously.

A really, REALLY busy week….

In a nutshell, I have been doing crazy overtime at work due to the workload but honestly, the game looks like it would be worth it . Currently haven’t done anything more to the TicTacToe tutorial yet because of this but it will eventually get done over the next couple of weeks.

I have been keeping my eye on upcoming PSP and DS games and Hotel Dusk looks different enough for me to try. Dracula X looks like it is going to head for the PSP as well .
